Hiring the right people means beginning with the end in mind. You have to work backwards from the qualities you want in an employee and create questions that will reveal those qualities in your candidates. This is where curiosity comes in. If you are not genuinely curious about who your candidates really are, you will never find the person you are looking for. This is a skill that takes practice to master, but it will pay dividends in your business.
