And so far, we’ve been laying down the macro-level groundwork: what meditation is and isn’t, separating yourself from your thoughts, why most people practicing don’t actually get the greatest possible benefits of meditation, and the nature of “The Spiritual Instinct.” Simply put, we’ve been looking at thy Why of meditation.
